Answers to the most common questions about buying and printing our STL files.
What do I get when I buy a model?
You get digital 3D printing files (usually STL, sometimes with pre-supported versions or extra formats) delivered as a download link. Nothing is shipped physically.
How do I download my files?
Right after payment you will see download links on the order confirmation page and in your email. You can also find them anytime in My Account → Downloads.
Are the files ready for resin or FDM printers?
Most models are optimized for resin printers and many also print on FDM. Check each product description for details, scale and whether supports are included.
What software do I need?
Any slicer that opens STL files — e.g. Chitubox, Lychee Slicer, PrusaSlicer, Cura or Bambu Studio. Large packs may be compressed (ZIP/RAR); use 7-Zip or WinRAR to extract.
My download link does not work. What should I do?
Email admin@stl3dmodel.com with your order number and we will send you a new link.
Can I sell the prints?
Our files are for personal use only unless a product explicitly includes a commercial license. See the License Agreement.
Do you offer refunds?
Because files are delivered instantly, sales are final, but we will fix or refund broken or wrong files. See the Refund Policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The available payment methods are shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
Can I request a model?
Yes! Send us your request through the Contact page and we will let you know if we can add it.
