1. Information we collect

- Messages — anything you send us via email or the contact page.
2. How we use your information
- To process orders and deliver your download links.
- To provide customer support and respond to requests.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized sharing of files.
- To improve our website and product catalog.
- To send order emails and, only if you opt in, news and promotions.
3. Cookies
We use essential cookies (cart, login, checkout) and optional analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the store may not work without essential cookies.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the store — hosting (Hostinger), payment processors, email delivery and analytics — or when required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal obligations, and account data until you ask us to delete it.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to marketing. Email admin@stl3dmodel.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
The site uses HTTPS encryption and we take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Children
Our store is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version.
